summary

Chin Fong-tin, an eccentric with dreams of bringing prosperity to his home town blows up a railroad in order to force a train filled with
wealthy patrons to stay in the town and spend their money. But a plot by a gang of robbers intent on stealing from the millionaires puts
the whole town in jeopardy and its up to Chin and his friends to save the day.
